Having his father diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Matthew John Zuraw and his mother started to make RememBars for him. They are delicious and full of nutrient-dense ingredients that were good for his brain. They've since perfected the recipe with advice from nutritionists, dietitians, and food scientists. They are now available for everyone. We talked about their family's caregiving journey, how they navigated his father's Alzheimers diagnosis, how impactful food and nutrition are to our brains, and what research is being done. We look at how we can present products with dignity and fight against those stigmas. Tips on what’s going well and how do we lean into those things and create hope.
